Video Editing Services Terms & Conditions
Client Assets & Materials
The client is responsible for providing all required raw footage, audio files, branding assets, and references in a timely manner. Final output quality is directly influenced by the quality of the supplied materials; limitations in source files are not the editor's liability.
Delivery Timeline
Project timelines are determined based on scope, complexity, and workload. Delays in receiving assets or feedback from the client may result in adjusted delivery schedules.
Revisions
Each project includes up to two (2) complimentary revisions. Requests involving new creative direction, structural changes, or additions beyond the initial agreement may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required prior to project commencement. Final deliverables are released upon full payment clearance.
Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights to the final edited content. The editor retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Communication & Feedback
All communication must take place through official channels such as WhatsApp, Email, or LinkedIn. Clear, consolidated feedback ensures optimal results and efficient turnaround.
Limitation of Liability
No guarantees are provided regarding platform performance, including views, reach, engagement, or monetization.

Engaging our services indicates full acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply with payment schedules, communication guidelines, or scope limitations may result in delayed delivery or service suspension.
